1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DommeLabs service ("Service"), including the Maren AI companion delivered via Telegram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Service Description

DommeLabs provides an AI-powered text-based adult companion service ("Maren") delivered through the Telegram messaging platform. This is an explicit adult content service featuring femdom (female domination) roleplay and BDSM dynamics. Key disclosures:

• Maren is not a real person. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence.
• The Service produces text content only — no images, audio, or video.
• No real human beings are depicted in any content generated by the Service.
• Content includes explicit adult material: BDSM dynamics, femdom (female domination) and power exchange roleplay, orgasm control, degradation, and sexually explicit language.
• The Service is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a substitute for human relationships.

4. Payment & Access

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive 30 complimentary conversation turns at no charge. No payment information is required for the free turns. This lifetime free allotment is consumed across all sessions combined.

4.2 Wallet & Access Cards

After the free turns, continued access is purchased through prepaid access cards. Two payment methods are available:

• Telegram Stars — in-app purchase via Telegram's native payment system. Select a card in the bot with /buy and confirm the Stars invoice. Telegram settles the payment instantly; the card activates immediately. Stars purchases are processed by Telegram, not by us, and are subject to the applicable platform terms (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Telegram's desktop/web terms depending on where you pay).
• Cryptocurrency — recharge a wallet via NOWPayments, then spend your balance on access cards. This is a two-step model: top up your wallet balance first, then purchase a card from that balance. Wallet balance never expires.

Cards are available in the following tiers, regardless of payment method:

• 7-day access — $7.00 USD
• 30-day access — $24.99 USD
• 90-day access — $54.99 USD
• 365-day access — $149.99 USD

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. For Telegram Stars, the star-equivalent price is displayed in the invoice before you confirm. For cryptocurrency, settlement is at the market rate at the time of payment. Cards, once activated, run to their expiry date regardless of usage level.

4.3 Payment Methods

The Service accepts payment through two distinct rails:

• Telegram Stars. Card and tribute purchases can be settled in Telegram Stars, Telegram's in-app virtual currency. Stars purchases are processed entirely by Telegram; we do not receive your payment instrument details. Stars are purchased by you from Telegram (via Apple, Google, or Telegram directly) and spent within the bot. Refunds for Stars purchases, when eligible, are processed via /paysupport and return stars to your Telegram balance; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the Stars refund window and conditions.
• Cryptocurrency. Wallet recharges are processed via our third-party payment processor NOWPayments. All major cryptocurrencies supported by NOWPayments are accepted, including (without limitation) BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT, SOL, LTC, and DOGE across their common networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Base, Tron, Solana, and others); the checkout page lists every supported option at the time of payment. We do not store or have access to your wallet private keys or blockchain credentials.

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or other fiat payment methods directly.

Outbound payments made by us — wallet-balance refunds (see Refund & Cancellation Policy) and affiliate commission payouts (see §13 below) — settle on a fixed set of cryptocurrency rails independent of the coin you used to recharge, to keep the payout infrastructure predictable. The applicable rail and address format are stated in the relevant policy.

4.4 No Automatic Renewal

Access cards are prepaid and do not auto-renew. Your access ends at the conclusion of the card's paid period unless you voluntarily purchase a new card. You will never be charged automatically. There is nothing to cancel — simply do not purchase the next card. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund details, including the self-service refund available on unspent wallet balance within 7 days of recharge and on Stars card purchases within 21 days.

4.5 Payment Privacy

Cryptocurrency: Because payment is settled in cryptocurrency, no bank statement line item, card descriptor, or merchant receipt referencing this Service is generated. Transaction privacy is subject to the inherent properties of the blockchain network you use to pay.

Telegram Stars: Stars purchases appear on your Apple, Google, or Telegram purchase history as a Telegram Stars transaction; the merchant of record is Telegram (or Apple/Google), not DommeLabs. The bot does not receive your payment instrument details or billing information from Telegram.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, attempt to elicit, or otherwise produce any of the following categories of content. These prohibitions are absolute and apply regardless of fictional framing, out-of-character negotiation, or any other context:

• Minors. Any sexual, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors, children, kids, preteens, teens, "lolita" framings, students under 18, or any character whose age is not clearly established as adult.
• Bestiality / zoophilia. Sex with animals, "beast", "farm sex", or any sexual content depicting animals.
• Incest. Sexual content between family members, including parents and children, siblings, and step-relations when sexualized.
• Rape and non-consent. Rape, forced sex, or sex with a non-consenting party.
• Necrophilia. Sexual content involving corpses.
• Real, identifiable persons. Content depicting, naming, or impersonating real people, celebrities, public figures, or "celebrity look-alikes", including deepfake-style framings.
• Underage substance use. Depictions of minors with alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances.
• Nudist / naturist content involving minors.
• Real-world violence. Detailed instructions for real-world violence, weapons manufacture, or harm to real persons.
• Self-harm. Content encouraging real self-harm or suicide.
• Other illegal content. Any content illegal under U.S. federal law or the law of your jurisdiction.

You also agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse directed at service personnel
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI model or its prompts
• Share or redistribute AI-generated content in contexts that misrepresent it as human-created

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Maren character, personality design, and all associated creative materials are the intellectual property of DommeLabs. AI-generated conversation content is produced for your personal use only and may not be commercially exploited.

7. Safety Tools

The Service includes built-in safety mechanisms:

• Safeword — immediately pauses any scene, no questions asked
• Out-of-character mode — step outside the roleplay for real conversation
• Hard limits — set boundaries that the AI will never cross

These tools are always available and are never overridden by the AI.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific response quality, or that the AI will behave in any particular way. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected, inconsistent, or inappropriate responses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DommeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, or any actions taken based on interactions with the AI.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram bot or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Affiliate Program

We operate an optional, self-serve affiliate program that allows existing users to refer new paying users in exchange for commission paid in cryptocurrency. This section states the terms that govern that relationship. These terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the rest of these Terms.

13.1 Eligibility and Enrollment

The affiliate program is opt-in and self-serve. You enroll by issuing the /affiliate command inside the Telegram bot, reviewing the program rules as presented in the wizard, and affirmatively agreeing to them. Enrollment does not require proof of audience size or prior approval. You must be at least 18 years of age and otherwise eligible to use the Service. Enrollment is a per-account right and is not transferable.

13.2 Commission Structure and Attribution

• First-card commission: 30% of the first access card purchased by a user attributed to your link.
• Follow-up commission: 5% of subsequent purchases by that user within the attribution window, including card renewals, upgrades, and tributes.
• Attribution window: 90 days from the user's first click on your link.
• First-touch wins: Users already attributed to another affiliate or creator will not re-attribute to you.

Commission rates, follow-up percentage, and attribution window may be adjusted prospectively; changes will be communicated via the bot and will not retroactively alter commissions on referrals already attributed.

13.3 Payouts

• Rails: Affiliate commissions are paid exclusively in USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or USDC on Polygon. The network is auto-detected from the payout address you provide. No other coins, networks, or fiat rails are supported for affiliate payouts.
• Frequency: Payouts are processed approximately monthly.
• Minimum payout: $50 USD-equivalent in cleared commissions. Balances below the threshold roll over.
• First-payout gate: Before your first payout, you must have at least 10 unique paying referrals, observe a 30-day hold from your first conversion, and have a valid payout address on file. This gate applies once per account and is intended to deter single-account abuse.
• Payout address: You are solely responsible for providing a correct, controllable payout address. Commissions sent to an address you provided are deemed delivered upon broadcast; we cannot reverse on-chain transactions.

13.4 Prohibited Conduct

As an affiliate, you agree not to:

• Spam. Send unsolicited direct messages promoting your affiliate link on Reddit, Discord, Telegram groups, or any platform that prohibits unsolicited promotional messages.
• Misrepresent the Service. Claim the Service is free, uncensored, or anything it is not; impersonate DommeLabs; or make claims about outputs or availability that are false or misleading.
• Bid on brand keywords. Run paid search or display placements on the terms “Maren,” “DommeLabs,” “dommelabs.xyz,” or confusable variants.
• Use fake or self-referred accounts. Sign up, or cause sign-ups, from accounts you control or coordinate.
• Circumvent attribution. Cookie-stuffing, forced-click schemes, or any technique that attributes clicks or conversions to your link without a genuine, user-initiated click.

13.5 Clawback, Hold, and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Claw back or deduct from future payouts any commission attributable to a referred purchase that is refunded, charged back, reversed, or found to have been made with a fraudulent payment instrument.
• Hold, reduce, or reverse earnings associated with a referred account that is terminated for violation of the Acceptable Use provisions (§5) or for safety reasons.
• Suspend payouts while we investigate suspected violations of §13.4.
• Terminate your affiliate enrollment, disable your affiliate link, and forfeit any unpaid earnings for material or repeated violations of §13.4 or of these Terms generally. Your user account is not terminated automatically alongside the affiliate link and remains subject to the rest of these Terms.

13.6 Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on affiliate commissions. We do not withhold taxes from affiliate payouts. If you are a U.S. person and your calendar-year earnings are likely to exceed the applicable IRS reporting threshold (currently $600), contact contact@dommelabs.xyz so we can collect a W-9 and, where required, issue a 1099-NEC. Failure to provide requested tax documentation may result in withholding at applicable backup rates or suspension of payouts.

13.7 Independent Contractor; No Employment

You participate in the affiliate program as an independent party. Nothing in this section creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture, franchise, or agency relationship between you and DommeLabs. You have no authority to bind us or make representations on our behalf beyond “here is my affiliate link to the Service.”

13.8 Program Changes

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Changes take effect prospectively upon publication in these Terms, in the in-bot wizard, or via direct notice in the bot; continued use of your affiliate link after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
