1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DommeLabs service ("Service"), including the Maren AI companion delivered via Telegram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Service Description

DommeLabs provides an AI-powered text-based conversational companion ("Maren") delivered through the Telegram messaging platform. Key disclosures:

• Maren is not a real person. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence.
• The Service produces text content only — no images, audio, or video.
• No real human beings are depicted in any content generated by the Service.
• The Service is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a substitute for human relationships.
• Content may include adult themes, including but not limited to BDSM dynamics, power exchange, and sexually explicit language.

4. Subscription & Payment

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive one complimentary session at no charge. No payment information is required for the free session.

4.2 Subscription

After the free session, continued access requires a paid subscription at $17.50 USD per month. Subscriptions are processed by our authorized payment processors:

• CCBill — credit/debit card payments
• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies via our self-hosted payment system

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4.4 Billing Descriptor

Charges will appear on your credit card statement under a discreet descriptor that does not reference the product name or adult content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, request, or attempt to elicit content involving minors in any capacity
• Attempt to generate content depicting real, identifiable persons
• Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse directed at the AI or service personnel
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI model or its prompts
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose in your jurisdiction
• Share or redistribute AI-generated content in contexts that misrepresent it as human-created

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Maren character, personality design, and all associated creative materials are the intellectual property of DommeLabs. AI-generated conversation content is produced for your personal use only and may not be commercially exploited.

7. Safety Tools

The Service includes built-in safety mechanisms:

• Safeword — immediately pauses any scene, no questions asked
• Out-of-character mode — step outside the roleplay for real conversation
• Hard limits — set boundaries that the AI will never cross

These tools are always available and are never overridden by the AI.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific response quality, or that the AI will behave in any particular way. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected, inconsistent, or inappropriate responses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DommeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, or any actions taken based on interactions with the AI.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram bot or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
