1. Introduction

DommeLabs ("we," "us," "our") operates the Maren AI companion service ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. Given the adult nature of our Service, we are committed to exceptional transparency about our data practices.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

• Telegram user ID and display name
• Wallet balance, active card status and expiry, cumulative recharge and spend counters, free-trial turn counter, and cryptocurrency transaction references (payment details are processed by our third-party processor NOWPayments; we do not store your payment wallet addresses, private keys, or any financial credentials)
• If you opt into the affiliate program: your affiliate link slug, payout address (once you set one), commission ledger, and payout history
• Account creation date and last active date

2.2 Conversation Data

• Messages you send to and receive from the AI
• Session metadata (timestamps, session duration, session count)

2.3 Profile Data

To personalize your experience, our system builds and maintains a profile that may include:

• Stated preferences — topics and dynamics you explicitly mention or confirm
• Inferred preferences — topics the AI infers you may be interested in, based on conversational signals (marked as "speculated" with confidence scores)
• Behavioral patterns — engagement level, communication style, response patterns
• Psychological profile — an 8-dimension model of interaction preferences (used solely to improve the AI's responsiveness to your needs)
• Relationship stage — a measure of your history with the AI character

2.4 AI Analysis

Periodically (approximately every 30–50 conversation turns), a secondary AI model analyzes your recent conversations to extract and update the profile data described above. This analysis is automated and is used solely to improve your experience with the Service.

2.5 Website Data

This website uses localStorage for age verification status only. We do not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery — to generate AI responses personalized to your preferences and history
• Memory continuity — to maintain conversation context across sessions
• Safety — to detect distress signals, enforce hard limits, and provide appropriate safety interventions
• Payment processing — to manage wallet recharges and access card purchases
• Service improvement — aggregated, anonymized usage patterns may be used to improve the Service

We never use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share individual profiles with anyone.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secured infrastructure
• Data is encrypted at rest and in transit
• Access to user data is restricted to essential service operations only
• We maintain regular security audits and follow industry best practices

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following third parties, strictly as necessary to operate the Service:

• Payment processor (NOWPayments, for cryptocurrency payment) — wallet recharge and card purchase settlement
• AI inference provider — your messages are sent to the AI model to generate responses; messages are not retained by the inference provider beyond request processing
• Hosting provider — infrastructure services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We do not automatically delete inactive accounts. The continuity of memory is core to the Service, so unless you choose to delete, your conversation history, profile, wallet balance, and relationship state remain on file — we assume you may come back weeks or months later.

6.1 Self-service deletion via /delete

Issuing /delete in the bot (or emailing contact@dommelabs.xyz to the same effect) immediately and permanently erases the following personal conversational data:

• All conversation history and session content
• Your personalization profile — stated and inferred preferences, behavioral patterns, and the 8-dimension psychological model described in §2.3
• Relationship journal, key facts, and any character memory of you
• Session metrics and internal analytics events

This portion of deletion is not reversible.

6.2 What /delete does not erase

For reasons of financial integrity, tax and regulatory compliance, and abuse prevention, the following records are deliberately retained after /delete:

• Financial ledger — your wallet balance, cumulative recharge and spend counters, first-card bonus flag, and the fact that a given Telegram account has consumed the 30-turn free trial. Retention prevents repeated claiming of the new-user bonus and repeated exhaustion of the free trial via serial deletions, and preserves your ability to exercise any refund rights you already have.
• Affiliate enrollment and earnings, if applicable — your affiliate link, payout address, commission ledger, and payout history. These records underlie tax reporting, clawback rights on refunded referrals, and our ability to pay out commissions that have already accrued.
• Minimal account stub — a bare record tied to your Telegram ID, needed to anchor the items above. Age-verification state, active-subscription status, and proactive-message preferences are reset by /delete; the stub retains only what the retained items above require.

If you want full erasure that also clears the financial and affiliate records above, email contact@dommelabs.xyz from or referencing the Telegram account in question. We will comply to the extent legally required and, where discretion remains, will explain before acting what we can and cannot erase, and why.

6.3 Account termination by us

In the rare case we terminate an account for violation of the Terms of Service, associated data may be deleted or retained as required by law and our legitimate interests, including fraud prevention and affiliate clawback.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal conversational data; see §6 for exactly which records are erased by /delete and which are retained for financial and compliance reasons
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to automated profiling (note: this will significantly degrade the personalization of the Service)

To exercise any of these rights, use the /delete command in the Telegram bot or contact contact@dommelabs.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

This Service is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

9. International Users

If you are accessing the Service from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, our legal basis for processing your data is:

• Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the Service you subscribed to
• Legitimate interest — safety monitoring and service improvement
• Consent — for AI-based profiling (which you provide by using the Service after reading this policy)

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram bot. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
