• Telegram user ID and display name
• Subscription status and payment history (payment details are processed and stored by CCBill; we do not store credit card numbers)
• Account creation date and last active date

2.2 Conversation Data

• Messages you send to and receive from the AI
• Session metadata (timestamps, session duration, session count)

2.3 Profile Data

To personalize your experience, our system builds and maintains a profile that may include:

• Stated preferences — topics and dynamics you explicitly mention or confirm
• Inferred preferences — topics the AI infers you may be interested in, based on conversational signals (marked as "speculated" with confidence scores)
• Behavioral patterns — engagement level, communication style, response patterns
• Psychological profile — an 8-dimension model of interaction preferences (used solely to improve the AI's responsiveness to your needs)
• Relationship stage — a measure of your history with the AI character

2.4 AI Analysis

Periodically (approximately every 30–50 conversation turns), a secondary AI model analyzes your recent conversations to extract and update the profile data described above. This analysis is automated and is used solely to improve your experience with the Service.

2.5 Website Data

This website uses localStorage for age verification status only. We do not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery — to generate AI responses personalized to your preferences and history
• Memory continuity — to maintain conversation context across sessions
• Safety — to detect distress signals, enforce hard limits, and provide appropriate safety interventions
• Payment processing — to manage your subscription
• Service improvement — aggregated, anonymized usage patterns may be used to improve the Service

We never use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share individual profiles with anyone.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secured infrastructure
• Data is encrypted at rest and in transit
• Access to user data is restricted to essential service operations only
• We maintain regular security audits and follow industry best practices

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following third parties, strictly as necessary to operate the Service:

• Payment processors (CCBill / cryptocurrency payment provider) — subscription management
• AI inference provider — your messages are sent to the AI model to generate responses; messages are not retained by the inference provider beyond request processing
• Hosting provider — infrastructure services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

6. Data Retention

• Active subscribers — data is retained for the duration of your subscription
• After cancellation — data is retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted
• On request — you may request immediate deletion at any time (see Section 7)

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request complete deletion of all your data, including conversation history, profile, preferences, and psychological profile
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to automated profiling (note: this will significantly degrade the personalization of the Service)

To exercise any of these rights, use the /delete command in the Telegram bot or contact contact@dommelabs.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

This Service is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

9. International Users

If you are accessing the Service from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, our legal basis for processing your data is:

• Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the Service you subscribed to
• Legitimate interest — safety monitoring and service improvement
• Consent — for AI-based profiling (which you provide by using the Service after reading this policy)

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram bot. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
