• No actual human beings are depicted in any sexually explicit conduct.
• No human models, actors, or performers are featured, employed, or contracted in any capacity for the production of content.
• The Service produces AI-generated text only — no photographs, images, videos, or other visual depictions of any kind are created or distributed.
• No real persons are referenced, named, or depicted in any AI-generated content.

Accordingly, the content produced by this Service is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of:

• 18 U.S.C. § 2257 — Record-keeping requirements for visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct
• 18 U.S.C. § 2257A — Record-keeping requirements for simulated sexual conduct
• 28 C.F.R. Part 75 — Implementing regulations

These statutes apply to "actual sexually explicit conduct" involving real human beings and to "visual depictions" thereof. As this Service involves neither real human beings nor visual depictions, the record-keeping requirements do not apply.
