Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
Your first session with Maren is completely free. No payment information is required. You can experience the full first session before deciding whether to subscribe.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to the Service until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for early cancellation.
How to Cancel
- CCBill subscribers: Visit consumer.ccbill.com, enter the email address associated with your subscription, and follow the cancellation instructions.
- Cryptocurrency subscribers: Your subscription does not auto-renew. Simply do not make the next payment.
- Via the bot: Use the
/subscribecommand in Telegram for subscription management options. - Via email: Contact contact@dommelabs.xyz with your Telegram username.
3. Refund Policy
As a digital service where content is delivered immediately upon access, refunds are generally not available once a billing period has begun and the Service has been accessed.
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service for a significant portion of the billing period
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Requests made within 7 days of the charge date
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact contact@dommelabs.xyz with:
- Your Telegram username
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be terminated.
6. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, your data (including conversation history and profile) is retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
