Complaints & DMCA Policy

1. Content Complaints
If you encounter content generated by the Service that you find objectionable, harmful, or believe violates our Terms of Service, please contact us:

Please include:
- Your Telegram username
- A description of the content or behavior at issue
- Approximate date and time of the incident
We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 72 hours.
2. AI Safety Concerns
If you believe the AI produced content that is dangerous, promotes self-harm, or depicts minors in any capacity, please report it immediately to contact@dommelabs.xyz. These reports are treated with the highest priority.
3. DMCA / Copyright Policy
While the Service generates original AI text and does not host user-uploaded media, we respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
3.1 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content associated with our Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

3.3 Counter-Notification
If you believe content was wrongly removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification with the same designated agent, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction
4. Content Removal Requests
If you wish to have specific conversation data or profile information removed from our systems, you may:
- Use the

5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our response to a complaint:
- First escalation: Reply to the response email requesting escalation to a senior team member
- Second escalation: Contact contact@dommelabs.xyz for formal review
- External resolution: You may pursue any legal remedies available in your jurisdiction
6. Reporting Abuse
If you believe another user is misusing the Service (e.g., sharing generated content depicting minors or real persons), please report to contact@dommelabs.xyz.
